Applicant Qualifications:
- Income must be a minimum of 3 times the rent.
- All adults 18 and over must fill out an application.
- All properties must be viewed before an application can be filled out.
- All properties managed with Thousand Hills Properties are smoke free.
- The application fee is $50.00 per person.
