•  All homes are shown either personally by a Thousand Hills Properties team member or another Licensed Agent. Prospective tenants will never be allowed to view a home with just a copy of their ID and without supervision.
•  Complete and detailed inspections are performed with every move in and move out. We also perform a lease "interim inspection".
•  All inspections will include pictures as well as a detailed description of your property. 
•  All of the vendors we contract with are licensed and insured.
• We never add an extra fee to your vendor's invoices.
• Monthly owner statements and annual 1099's for your taxes.
•  We are a portfolio management company which means you as the investment owner have one portal to access all of your monthly and annual needs and communication.
